Americans Take Charge (“ATC”) website takes the privacy of our readers very seriously. The only information we gather is the host or ISP name and the e-mail address of visitors to our web site. All sales of memberships are FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. By accepting the Americans Take Charge user agreement you acknowledge that by signing up as a member you will be entitled to all Americans Take Charge information, articles, plans, checklists, resources, programs, forms, presentations and any other products Americans Take Charge makes available to members at no additional charge.  Since the opportunity to access, download and benefit from this information can be accomplished in minutes, Americans Take Charge would be professionally remiss to issue refunds and, therefore no refund of membership subscriptions is available. Americans Take Charge stands behind its purposes and is therefore happy to resolve the problems of any user whenever possible.  Users need only use the Technical Support function under Contact Us to submit their complaint and receive the necessary support.  If any ATC member becomes irrevocably unhappy with their ATC membership, their sole remedy is to cancel their membership and elect not to renew membership in the future.  No refunds will be paid for memberships which are cancelled prior to the fulfillment of the subscription term.
